Program

LokVar is formed by classmates and graduates of the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU (Academy of Performing Arts in Prague) who are as well long-time colleagues first from Dejvice Theatre, then from Theatre in Dlouhá Street, and now as freelancers. They specialize in puppet theatre for children, from the youngest to adults. They emphasize playfulness, imagination, puppetry, and above all, ensuring that not only children but also adults can have fun. The founding members are Ivana LOKajová and Peter VARga.
